Reflexology:

Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that can be effective in promoting deep relaxation and wellbeing.  Reducing stress in people’s lives can be key in optimising good health and building resilience.  It is a touch therapy that is based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg and hands, correspond with different areas of the body and reflexologists work these points and areas.  Elisabeth’s Reflexology sessions are combined with doTERRA’s Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils that help to bring those areas back to balance and therefore aids the body to work as well as it can by restoring the body’s own potential for well-being.

To take your Reflexology session to a whole new level then why not add a Holy Fire Reiki experience into your Treatment.  Elisabeth can do this along side the Reflexology for an additional £5.  Pure Bliss!!
